We launched Star Wing in 2015 for the same reason anybody who starts a microbrewery starts a microbrewery – because we love beer. After lots of sampling, brewery tours and a brewing course we took over an old, derelict sawmill and began renovating.

It took a couple of years to install our 10 beer barrel brewing plant and we used that time to create recipes and develop our Star Wing style.

Since then we have gone from strength to strength, launching commercially and selling our nine ales across Norfolk and Suffolk.

With a Hop Farm, Tap Room and Outdoor Theatre, we pride ourselves on being a social hub for the community. We pick the hops, we brew the beer, and you enjoy a perfectly poured pint next door. Our Tap Room was awarded the Mid-Anglia CAMRA Pub of the Year 2020, so you can be sure that all our beers are brewed to the high quality British tradition.
