Keg at Oshkosh, 2.21.20. Dark brown large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of roast, berry. Taste is tart and sweet blackberries, chocolate, mild roast. Medium bodied, low bitterness. Just a touch too sweet.

Nitro at the brewery, 2.21.20. Dark reddish brown. Aroma of brownie batter, maple, mild nuts and honey. Taste is peanut butter and chocolate. Too sweet but not too artificial. Decent.

Keg at the Oshkosh location, 2.21.20. Hazy orange large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of pineapple, mango, pale malt. Taste is grapefruit, pineapple, resin, pale malt. A bit thin, juicy, low bitterness.

Keg at the brewery, 2.21.20. Murky orange thin white head good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, resin, passionfruit, wheat. Taste is grapefruit, passionfruit, lemon, lime, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy.

Guest cask @ Mcfleshman's, 1.28.20. Hazy orange large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of floral, leafy hops, grain. Taste is floral hop, toasted grain. Medium bodied, a bit too sweet.

12 ounce bottle fromWoodman's Appleton, 11/23/19. Clear gold, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pale malt, vanilla, and an apple-like fruitiness. Taste is vanilla, pale malt, citrus. Thin. Decent but kinda boring.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton 8/30/19. Clear dark ruby, thin dense fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of earth, grain, caramel. Taste is berries, caramel, toast, molasses. Thin, low bitterness, low carb. A bit too sweet but altogether decent.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 5/27/19. This is gonna suck. Clear red, large foamy off-white head, good retention. OK, so it doesn't look bad. Shocking. Aroma of berries and pale malt. Taste is tart berry, pale malt. Thin, syrupy. Meh.
