From Skyview. Caramel color.malt and sugar sweetness and a little Belgian yeast. Simple, and maybe not thick enough on the palate, but the flavor is solid and traditional. Good work for a small Wisconsin brewery.

Some acid in the aroma. Very dark red color. Malt. Low carbonation, and a little sour. Infected, maybe? Its not bad as it is, but something might be off.

Brown. Medium palate. Dunkel is a very underrated style. This one had good dunkel qualities, even if it didn’t pull it off as good as some. Roasted malt, lager yeast. A little smoke. Dry.

I liked this quite a bit. Full malt body, dry, some salt and grain. Sweet for the style, and unusually thick palate. Thanks Skyview.

Roasted malt in the flavor and aroma. Overall quite light, lacking flavor and aroma. Thin palate. A dialed in porter that leaves no lasting impression, but drinkable enough if you are just looking for a beer with some flavor to toss back.

kp’s Fest of 26 Medium brown with a thin head. Some caramel in the aroma, but overall, not too complex. The flavor is off, sour and infected. Thin, lacks complexity.

Slight aroma of grain and a hint of canned corn gave me a negative first impression. But the flavor and palate exceeded my first impression. The body was medium to full. The palate was pleasantly creamy bordering on syrupy. Semi-sweet flavor with a hint of hops. Nice for a summer seasonal.

Dark gold pour with thin, white head. Very sweet aroma with a hint of grains. Caramel malt flavor dominates with little hop presence. There was a slight sourness in the background. Low carbonation with a medium, syrupy body.

Translucent brown with a thin head. Aroma of earthy malts. Bitterness in both taste and especially aftertaste. Slightly sweet, citrus flavor. Medium body and minimum carbonation.
