On tap at the Oshkosh location. Pours a near clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has notes of strong clove and banana with a bit of lemon underneath. Flavor starts with banana and clove but a strong lemon note takes over in the finish. A bit muddled.

Aroma is full of blueberries backed by a bit of sweet grain and cookie. Flavor has a nice blueberry note that mellows slightly to finish not as sweet. Light and easy to drink.

From Skyview. Caramel color.malt and sugar sweetness and a little Belgian yeast. Simple, and maybe not thick enough on the palate, but the flavor is solid and traditional. Good work for a small Wisconsin brewery.

Some acid in the aroma. Very dark red color. Malt. Low carbonation, and a little sour. Infected, maybe? Its not bad as it is, but something might be off.

Brown. Medium palate. Dunkel is a very underrated style. This one had good dunkel qualities, even if it didn’t pull it off as good as some. Roasted malt, lager yeast. A little smoke. Dry.

I liked this quite a bit. Full malt body, dry, some salt and grain. Sweet for the style, and unusually thick palate. Thanks Skyview.
