Light to medium body, with an acidic, smooth mouthfeel. This is a pretty balanced, sharp, and complex saison. Nice.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a dark, murky gold, with a white ring. Smells essentially like a Moscow mule, which makes sense. Lime, syrup, vanilla, and strong ginger. Sweet and a bit tart. Light body, with a creamy, lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a fun, but strange, beer.
