On Tap at the brewpub. Medium light amber with a very large white head and nice thick lacing. Softer swet hop aroma than the IPA and a more overall balance in the flavor as well, with less of the late biting bitterness as well. Nice overall hefty brew.

On Tap at the brewpub. Clear light medium amber. Very good offwhite head and sticky lacing. Aroma was a bit mild on the hops for the style, but nice and citrusy. Flavor was dominated by the citrusy hop bitterness. Fairly thin, soft feel with a long, late strong bitterness.

On Tap at the brewpub. Deep redish brown with little to no head and only slight wispy lacing. Aroma was a wonderfull medley of mulled spices, raisons, brown sugar and toasted malts. Flavor was equally coplex and interesting with a pronounced german weizen yeast note in the mix. Softly carbonated but a very fine and slick feel. Hides the ABV quite well though there is a slight late burn. Most interestingbeer ive had in a long time.

On Tap at the brewpub. Clear medium brown in color with a small off white head and traces of lacing. Nice aroma of soft roasted chocolate malts. Heavy on the chocolate malts flavors, light roast and somewhat earthy. Quite smooth and soft feel. Very good.

On Tap at the brewpub. Light golden slightly hasy witha small white head. Very strong raspberry aroma, though odd, no raspberry color. Flavor was raspberry al right, but a bit mediciney and of extract. Solid soft wheat backbone on the trailer.

On Tap at the brewpub. Very light hazy golden color with a thin line of a head. Spotty lacing. Very soft wheat aroma and flavor. No hops getting in the way of the sublte light grain flavors. Smooth soft palate. Very nice.

Thanks to Goldtwins for sharing this growler at kp’s Cellar Party. Pours clear amber with a three dimensional, dextrinous head of white. Good fragrant hop nose and the palate was dry overall and the malt and hop flavors were very well balanced.

Hazy chestnut brown colour. Has a reasonably complex chocolate malt character with light toastiness and a hint of brown sugar. Simple, well-made brown, rounded but with a subtlely complex maltiness. When my curry arrived, it held its own just fine.

2007, at the brewpub in Stevenson. Bright amber colour. Chewy aroma - a little crystal, earth, balanced woody/grapefruity hop. Flavour lets down a bit....quite bitter to the point of imbalance. Some chewy crystalness, butnot with the same degree of nuance as other WM brews. Alcohol is surprisingly not apparent but I could have used some of that to cut through the cloying finish. This actually should be much better by the time Hard Liver ’08 rolls around.

@ Hard Liver ’06Beautiful bright orangey-amber colour. Soapy, perfumey hop with shallow brown sugar malt. Sort of light body, with hints of brown sugar, caramel malts and a shade of hoppy dryness. Not horrible, but certainly nothing special. 6-3-7-3-13 = 3.2
