On tap at the Pianeta Birra, Rimini, Italy.
Hazy golden coloured, medium sized white head, nice wheaty nose. Weak wheaty and fruity (orange, peach and banana) aroma with notes of yeast and cloves. Fresh mild spicy finish. Refreshing.

Clear bottle. Indeed red with a creamy off-white head. Light rusty nose. A hint of fruit in the flavor. Light body. Kind of boring.

500ml bottle - Pours clear yellow with a medium sized head. It has a light malt and yeast aroma. The flavor is light and sweet with some very mild citrus. A lively mouthfeel is pleasant enough in a too thin body. The finish is refreshing. This beer is a little too bland, but it’s not bad.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, dark amber with a small, off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt and perhaps some overripe fruit. Medium-bodied with accents of dry, roasted malt - nothing sugary here. Also the finish is dry, but without much bitterness. 130806

500 ml bottle, bought at KaDeWe, Berlin, as Herrnbräu Hefe Weißbier Hell. Hazy pale golden colour, enormous lasting white head. LOVELY cloves aroma, notes of citrus and banana too. Flavour has distinct cloves notes, moderate lemony notes too. Moderate body but decent for a hefe, refreshing. An excellent beer for a hot day.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a pilsener golden with a creamy, white head leaving a neat lacework. Malty, soft aroma. Medium body, dominated by sweetish malt and a very discreet bitterness. A classical Helles. 280406

Bottled. Hazy red brown colour. Long lasting off-white thick head. Cloves in the aroma and a slight aroma of bananas and malt. Nice flavor of cloves, bananas and caramel. Some maltiness in the flavor too. Has a hoppy aftertaste. A very nice dunkel.

A clear red beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is very malty with strong notes of caramel and nuts and hints of dust. The flavor is sweet malty again with emphasis on nuts and caramel, giving it a slightly sticky mouthfeel, but a very dry end.
