Bottled (From Alko Prisma, Vaasa). Pale yellow colour, small white head, which vanishes very fast. Aroma is elderflower, apple, some slight sugar and mild "sulphur" too (not exactly sulphur, but something close to it). Flavour is apple, some elderflower some wooden barrel and mild sulphur notes. Interesting cider, especially considering it’s from Finland.

Aroma is leathery and somewhat sweet with apple peel and some ripe apples. Flavour is somewhat leathery and slightly sweet with semi-ripe apples, green apple peel and some ’punakaneli’ too. Finishes acidic with green apples and white wine. A tad too sweet but quite nice still. Surprisingly this differs just a little from the 4,7% version...

Bottled@vPBFIII. Yellow colour, small head. Aroma is apple juice, mild fruit sugars and that’s about it. Flavour is sweet apple, some floral notes as well as some fruit sugary notes. Quite ok as such, but a bit too sweet for my taste.

Aroma is rather intensive with leathery apples and some sugary tones. Flavour has sugar, some brown sugar, leathery apples and toffee candy. Aroma was nice but the flavour is a bit disappointing; just too straightforward.
