On tap at La Cidrerie, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Nose is full of classic barnyard funk, gentle leather, crisp apple skins, and gentle sweetness. Flavour is paradoxically sweet and dry, with lots of apple must, signature French cider funk, and leather. Dry, funky, and sweet on the finish. Excellent.
