Bottle, 75cl corked. A gusher, pouring a clear, sparkling golden body. Lots of apples in the aroma, with some orchard and grass. It’s very effervescent and dry on the palate, medium bodied, with a tart apple flavor and some lemon hints. Tart finish with sour apples and some lemony hints. Too dry for my likings, and too warming and with too high alcohol to be refrehing. Not bad though. 140830
