So, WTF? Who can tel which of the nerds this is? If its on tap, will they spell out the whole paragraph? I doubt it, heheh. On tap at the magic tree, go figger. A pale yellow beer with a mild sweet perfume. First taste is some kindah pepper in there fer sure, almost like jalapeno, yea baby. Not too much hops is present in this one. Tha jalo keeps sticken its head up like wack a mole. Milder attributes of IPA in this one, surprised its actually rated as an ipa. Perhaps the pepper in this one is enough to raise the rating by one overall point. Let me look and see if there is a pepper version of this, I see there are already many versions of nerdy reserve. How about you guys quit calling ten different beers by the same name eh?

Sampled on nitro tap at Rivertowne Pub this beer poured an amber-brown color with an enormous frothy-creamy beige head that lingered forever and left great lacing. The aroma was toffee, biscuit, dark fruits and cola. The flavor was bitter and tangy toffee, sour caramel, dark fruits and a bit of wood. Medium length finish. Medium body and smooth. Ok.

Tap. Pours deep mahogany, small creamy tan head, nice lacing. Aroma is whiskey, cocoa, rye spices. Flavor is very rye whiskey forward, which is no skin off my nose. Light body for style.

Sampled on draft at Dad’s Pub & Grub this beer poured a murky orange-amber color with a medium sized foamy off white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was tart and a touch buttery with artificial strawberry. The flavor was tart and lactic with artificial sugar, strawberry, Fruity Pebbles cereal and a bit of bread. Medium length finish.
