Bottled (first batch ) at PBF. Hazy amber, small head. Bitterorange aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Plenty of pink grapefruit. Clean, American style malt profile. Long bitter finish. Really promising startup brewery, this! (8/4/7/4/13) Update (2nd batch) at NK Ölbar, Stockholm. More pear and elderflower in the aroma. More relaxed malt profile. Overall morea aromatic and drinkable.

50 cl bottle @ PBF VIII, BBE 04.01.2014
Aroma is rather fruity and somewhat sweet with exotic fruits and some caramel. Flavour is also rather fruity with hops, some caramel and hints of biscuits. Finishes with some gooseberry and lingering hops. Palate is low on CO2. Nice. Terkkuja Padelle.

Bottled. Hazy deep golden, small head. Fruity nose with grapefruit and spicy hay. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Peppery spice from the rye is evident, mild grapefruit and lychee. Bready finish with mild bitterness. A competent pale ale with refreshing qualities. A nice start from this ambitious little brewery.
