12oz can pours with a clear gold body that supports a nice creamy thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up a thin sharp grapefruit citrus spikes followed by pine hops and thin faint juicy sweet citrus candy. The taste delivers bitter grapefruit and floral and somewhat pine like hops heading into a brief light biscuit maltiness. Toward the finish a mild juicy citrus candy sensation joins in to add a bit of depth and balance. This is the most Cascade like Citra I've had to date.

Direkt am Lake Powell Resort vom Hahn. Optisch leichte Perlung, kein Schaum, orange. In der Nase leichte Nelke, passt also schonmal zum Weizen. Im Trunk astreines Weizen, hinten leicht bitter, süffig. Passt.

Poured up at AZ Strong Beer Fest 2017 where it exhibits a crystal clear deep gold body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up some hop spiciness and some citrus comprised of tangerine and tangelo. The taste delivers a nice citrus hop bitterness with tangerine and a citrus zest note. It then rolls into sort of tangerine and tangelo juicy hop flavor. Into the finish it remains the same with citrusy hop flavor and drying citrus hop bitterness. Very nice.

22 oz. bottle. Hazy, dark orange color, with a medium, persistent, off-white head. The aroma is orange pulp, walnuts, mushy bananas, and leather. The first note is sweet, but it quickly becomes off-dry, with a mellow bitterness and just a hint of sour. Light to medium body, chewy, thick, and fizzy. This is a really nicely done hefeweizen. Good yeast character and balance.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a dark red almost brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Mild stringy lace.
The aroma starts off with some sweet to bitter grassy and piney hops. Light citrusy and floral hops show a light presence over some bready and caramel malts.
The flavor brings together all of those previously mentioned aromas to blend. Nice aftertaste of malts to hops. Quick dry piney finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fine sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine. Appropriate harshness as an AIPA.
Overall, good American IPA that I would have again if I could get it.
