Sample from bottle at Captain Cooks, Östersund. This was really fresh and I imagine extremely dangerous as you could drink liters of this. Very smooth, low carbonation, clear. Taste wise it is quite simple but I guess that's behind the drinkability in some ways. (28/8/22). ---- Keg at Captain Cooks, Östersund. Kept at 3.

Bottle from Systembolaget. This was a good offering. Nice and light and well balanced. Was too busy talking to rqtebvery carefully. Will try again.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Clear pale golden, small head. Aroma of tangerine and tomato. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Hay and tangerine. Long bitter finish.

Tap at Artut, Östersund. What a fantastic little dry Stout. Not yet out on bottle but love it already. Balances sweet and bitter nicely and has an incredibly finish. Not a big liquorice man and I didn't get much of it in the taste tbh.

--Bottled, from ICA Maxi, Östersund. -- Clear pale bronze colour, small head. Aroma of tangerine and grapefruit. Dryish with light body and clean mouthfeel. Citrus and pine. Mildly resinous bitter finish.

--Keg at Artut, Östersund. -- Black, small beige head. Somewhat yeasty licorice aroma. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Licorice yeast and coffee. Slightly metallic finish with low bitterness.

Bottle from Systembaolget. An APA that is quite unremarkable but that is really easy drinking and tasty and all round pleaser. I liked this.

(Bottle, 24 Dec 2021) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with dried fruit, orange peel, treacle-toffee, grainy malt and some butterscotch. Fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, orange peel, toffee, butterscotch, apricots and a generous citric, slightly resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Generous hop presence and a good malt profile. Nice one.
