Bottle 500ml @ fonefan
Pours clear dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate and hint of cold coffee. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long roasty finish. Body is light, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. It’s a clear, brown beer with a dense, small, beige head. Coffee, roasted malts and a faint touch of butterscotch in the aroma. Some dried fruits too. It’s medium to fullbodied, with a pleasant carbonation level. Quite dry, with coffee, butterscotch notes and roasted malts. Some bitterness, but of the dark malt kind. A quite pleasant one, but lacks complexity and feels a bit one dimensional. 131123

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Near black with a small off-white head. Roasted malt aroma with strong diacetyl. Sweet roasted flavour with diacetyl and a hard roasted ashy finish

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and toffee. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. A bit thin. 231113

Bottle, 5.6%. Very dark brown with tiny head. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel, toasted and bread. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, bread, medium sweet, little lqiuorice, little thin and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, nuts, roast malt, little coffee and hops. A little watery.

Flasche, gekauft bei Ministerstwo Browaru, Poznan. - Goldgelb, klar. Die süßliche Nase erinnert an Kräutertee. Der Antrunk ist malzsüßlich mit leichten Anklängen von krautigem Hopfen. Ein leichtes, prickelndes, limonadenartiges Bier. – Ein nettes Helles, aber definitiv kein Pils.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark brown with airy tan head. Mild aroma of roast, malt and caramel. Bitter, slightly roasty flavour with notes of caramel and coffee beans. Dry, roasty finish. Not bad, just a trifle too watery, despite high carbonation. The flavour is not that pronounced, either.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with small white head. Clear aroma of hops and yeast. Sweetish, grainy and yeasty flavour, interspersed with rather irregular bitter, hoppy notes. Bready finish. A trifle too sweet for a Pilsener but drinkable.
