Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/19/2016. Clear dark amber color with a medium ivory white head that diminishes quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit, hops and spice. Medium body with flavors of cherry, earthy hops and chili pepper. The finish is fruity and spicy with a smoked pepper aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at GABF 09/26/2015, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Dark brown color with a medium thin tan head that dissipates quickly. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of roast malt, coconut and chocolate. Light body with flavors of toasted coconut, malt and cocoa. The finish is roasty coconut and malt. Pretty good overall.

[ As Shamrock P.A.P.A. ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity, dry hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dusty hops, sweet malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140118]

A hazy golden beer with microfloaties. A small, dense, off-white head sits on top. The aroma has citrusy hops running most of the show, with some malts in the far back. Not much maltyness going on in the flavor either, it’s mostly citrusy and piney hops, with a nice bitterness lasting for a good while. Medium to full body, quite dry and with a nice carbonation. Overall, tasteful and refreshing, although a bit one dimensional. 140118
