Slightly hazy gold with a large fluffy white head. Tangy and sweetish with fruit and egg white. Long finish. Medium body.

Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, bubbly, khaki head. Lots of milk chocolate and coconut rum. Sweet and sugary, with a light bitterness. Medium body, syrupy, and a bit hot. Fun and tasty enough.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, amber color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is light peat, cherry wood, leather, and a touch of coffee. Sweet and malty, with a mild, crisp bitterness. Mellow, balanced, and tasty.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a hazyish, orange color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The nose is orange peel, wheat toast, dusty straw, and quinine. Not too sweet, with a crisp, mellow bitterness. Light to medium body, a bit astringent, and sticky. A little thin and acrid, but reasonable.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/19/2016. Clear dark amber color with a medium ivory white head that diminishes quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit, hops and spice. Medium body with flavors of cherry, earthy hops and chili pepper. The finish is fruity and spicy with a smoked pepper aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at GABF 09/26/2015, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Dark brown color with a medium thin tan head that dissipates quickly. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of roast malt, coconut and chocolate. Light body with flavors of toasted coconut, malt and cocoa. The finish is roasty coconut and malt. Pretty good overall.
