On-Tap at the Brewery Sparks NV, Pours out a nice amber topped with a white head. A little sweet along with some grain on this one. A little hop but not very much.

On-Tap at the Brewery Sparks NV, Pours out a clear gold topped with a white head. A little grain and some bitter hops on the end. Not a bad cream ale.

Draft at The Bistros DIPA Fest; Nose of citrus hops. Semi hazy rust colored with virtually no head; flavor of citrsy hop bitterness and a bit of caramel.

(draught - calls itself ESB) Dark amber colour; little head. Fruity and malty nose. Quite bitter start, rather roasted, even coffee-ish taste. Big on malts underneath. Retronasal full of interesting flavours as artichoke, hoppy, leafy. Well-bodied, slick. Strange combination but good balance.

Pale amber, lasting off white head.Fruity malt foretaste with medium strength lasting hop finish. Great Belgian lace. When I had it, it was called a Pale Ale, which it resembles more than an IPA

When the brewmaster saw me madly scribbling notes about his beer, he brought out a bottle of this to share with me. This beer was a medium amber in color with an off white head.It had a good malty profile throughout with a mellow alcohol heat that didn''t overpower the flavor.
