GBBF Cask. Light hazy amber beer, tidy off white suddy head. Mild citrus. Some semi raw tasting pale malt and caramel as well. Smooth semi dry finish. Bitterish aftertaste. It’s a slightly better beer than my downbeat description!

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Dough, hay and grain. Quite heavy buttery notes. Medium bodied.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, nutty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110802]

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, wood, caramel and some mild earthy and nectary notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, mildly wooden and also slightly vanillaish notes.

Cask@GBBF2011. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, a bit bready, some slight earthy and floral hops as well. Flavour is wood, cookies, bread and some slight fruity notes.

From cask. Pours cloudy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild toasted caramelish. Bitter, fruity and light caramelish malty. Bitter and dry. Grapefruity to citrusy. Ends dry and flat malty.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white and lacing head. Aroma is crisp fruity and citrusy hoppy. Bitter, citrusy and mild fruity sweet impression. Ends medium dry and bitter.

Gravity cask at GBBF, Day 1. Pours clear, dark gold with an off-white foam and bubble head. Sweet, hoppy nose, caramel and toast. Fuggles seem present, earth, toast, caramel, and dirt in the flavor. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dirty hop finish, lightly sticky, leaves and toast. Good.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2011. Hazy copper lasting bubbly off white head. Touch of butter on aroma. Hoppy decent ipa. Quite subtle on the hops. Good beer though. Its an ok ipa. Quite hoppy quite metallic bitter. Good enough
