Tap at Festival minipivovaru na hrade 2016. Quite tasty and surprisingly classic. Clove, honeyish. The overall balance is on the sweetish side, but not to the point of overly so.

Tap at Festival minipivovaru na hrade 2016. Quite neutral to be honest. Nothing stands out, really simple, but it is clean and easy drinking. Light caramel and generic hoppiness. 5 4 5 3 14. Rerate at Salon piva 4/2018. The hops character is fruity, resiny, grassy. Pretty tasty, medium-high intensity flavour, med-med-high bitterness. Easy drinking.

Bottle. Raw worty aroma, slightly fruity. Lightly hazy orangeish colour. Taste is mostly sweet and malty, almost no bitterness. Abundance of caramel, sweetish fruity elements. Very light sourish cloveish weizeny element. Could use more attenuation and overall balance. That said, no other big faults present.

[ As Maryensztadt Sweet Sixteen ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, milk chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, ssweet malt, chocolate, milk chocolate, roasted, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
