Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramelish and hoppy notes. Flavour was sweet and malty with smoke, caramel and hoppy notes. Finished mild bitter.

Bottle, 5%. Mildly fruity aroma, hint of sweet spices. Clear dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour has a little fruit, slight sweetness, hint of smoke.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and some spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit and malt, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, small head. Big pieces of gingerroots floating around. Aroma is quite much spices and ginger. Flavour is quite much ginger, flowery hops as well as some herbal notes. Quite pleasant. The gingerthingies are quite hot and burning if you chew them, not chili hot but really spicy burning in a mellow way.

Bottle 50cl.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy - virtually none, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is green apple, blue chees, rubber. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, and a light peppery and vanilla finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20090621]

Aroma is moderate malty, dryed wet straw, old malt, keller, moderate hoppy, fruity - berry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, light honey. Aroma is moderate to heavy ginger, moderate soapy, as a start quit unpleasent but as the sips gow’s down it get’s better and better ;O) Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy spicy - ginger bitter with a average to long duration, and a long ginger burn in the finish.
