(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Heavily carbonated, making the head stand tall. Weird aroma of sulphur and salt. Some caramel and then all sorts of odd tangs that are impossible to describe. Something is clearly all wrong here. This obviously needs a rerate, if only I could get my hands on a fresh bottle. 180506

Bottled. Clear ruby, creamy head. Strong caramel aroma. Sweet. The low carbonation adds to a soft mouthfeel. Medium bodied, heavy on butterscotch. The hop rate seems quite low and there are vague traces of syrup. The finish is dry and woody with low bitterness. Has warming qualities.

[At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is slightly sour and rather hoppy combined with notes of lemon. The main ingrediens in the flavor is lemon, combined with light hop notes, leading to a dry end. Boring.

Bottled. Dark ruby colour, huge creamy brown creamy head. Sweet caramellish plummy aroma. Coca colaish flavour... like the "coke + lager" beers that are popular in Europe at the moment...

My 1000th rating in 2005!
Lemon yellow, small white head. Wheaty, lemony nose. Medium-bodied, wheat (not much), lemony dish water flavor. Despite of its name, these is more like imitation of witbier than Kölsch.

Golden color, small creamy off-white head. Sweet malty butterscotch nose. Yeasty, bland, sweetish and diacetylic. A poor try to get kölsch or golden ale.
