Bottle. Hazy golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of acetic acid, overripe fruit, solvents, bread, red berries and light autolysis. Taste is dry, light to medium sour and light bitter with notes of acetic acid, throw up, red berries and solvents. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really infected and horrid.

Draught at the Operagrillen
It pours with too much foam, and it leaves behind a strange, muddy amber-brown color and some creamy head. The aroma is pungent, British, with grassy hops, Fuggles, sweat; strong; later, it’s a bit feety. There is still a lot of carbonation; some caramel flavor, with an herbal touch (rosemary and heather); strong bitterness, providing some hop oils, hop resins and mild grassy touch; unfortunately the yeast character is too present; there is even some suspicious lingering sourness.
Messy beer, very rough, waiting to be seriously refined.

Bottle at the Operagrillen; vintage 2012, bb 130110; 7% ABV
Muddy dark amber color with some red shades, and almost no head. Nice aroma of malt and raspberries. Good body strength; the mouthfeel is just a bit oily; there may be some residual sugar, but mostly the fruity and acidic character appear; the bitterness is (correctly) quite low. In the final there are evident tannins as well.
It lacks a bit of carbonation that would also make it smoother, but it’s a pleasant sour beer.

Beautiful and bright amber-copper color, hazy, with orange reflex; medium sized head, with short retention. It has an immediate mild aroma of Morello cherries and cherry pits. The mouthfeel is quite dry (drier than the similar Rosa Linda for example), with some malt flavor, some cherries, some raspberries, nice acidity level, and correct bitterness. The final is almost Gueuze like.
Pretty good.
