Polycask @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.Unclear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to liht heavy apple, wood, horse blanket, rubbery apples, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apples, wood, rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120807]

Canister@GBBF2012. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some sweet apples, mild vinegar and some earthy notes. Flavour is very tart apples, wood and some mild grassy notes.

At the cider festival, the Royal Oak, Bath 13/06/09. Hazy gold in colour with slight carbonation. Massive barnyard aroma, with tart apples, silage and strong cheese. Flavour was very dry, with a touch of apple fruit and a hint of sourness in the finish. Well worth trying.
