tap at the brewery - Pours copper-gold and a small lingering head. Holy pine, batman! That’s how I’d describe the aroma. I promptly asked and was told that this brew is a single hop beer using summit hops. The flavor has huge hops with lots of pine and some subtle citrus tones. There’s enough malt to hold it up. Medium bodied, this brew finishes with long, lingering bitterness. This one was my favorite brew of the ten samples.

tap at the brewery - Pours light amber with good lacing and smells of caramel malt with some light citrus hops. The flavor has some good citrus hops and a hint of florals. The malt is subdued with just a little caramel. It’s bubbly and medium bodied. It’s a decent brew but I found that overall it was a little lackluster. Perhaps a better malt profile would help.

tap at the brewery - Pours dark brown with a mild hop aroma and good lacing. The flavor is smoother than the regular amber with somewhat reduced hops bite. While balanced well, I’m wondering where the whiskey flavor is.

tap at the brewery - Pours amber with an off-white head. From the mild citrus hops in the aroma onward it’s obvious that this brew is heavily hopped for the style. It tastes of citrus hops and caramel malt and bitterness lingers in the finish. This bubbly, medium bodied brew is an enjoyable quaff.

tap at the brewery - Pours dark brown with an aroma of caramel malt and a touch of coffee. This bubbly, medium bodied brew has good hops flavor, caramel malt, and obvious coffee. I’d score this one just a little better than the regular brown ale. Good beer.

tap at the brewery - Pours bubbly golden with a white head and an aroma of mild hops and bready malt. The flavor is balanced sweet, light malts with crisp bittering hops. I’d like a bit more going on here, but the style is intended to be straightforward and refreshing. Alright.

tap at the brewery (5.0% abv in my notes) - This lightly hazy brew has an aroma of wheat and citrus with mild hops. The flavor is light with mild hops bitterness that balances the sweetness well and some spice. It’s somewhat more bitter than most wheat ales and is light bodied and refreshing.
