On tap. Light hazy, full white head. Nose of light wheat and some citrusy notes. The flavor is thin, light wheat and some funky yeast, some citrus and grass.

On tap. Hazy golden color with a nice white head that fade away quite quickly. Aroma is malty with hints of hops and bitterness.

On tap at the Brewpub. Leicht trübes braunes Bier mit wenig Schaum. Geruch röstmalzig, würzig, Kaffee. So ist auch der Geschmack.

Aroma has buttery tones, grassy hops and peaches. Flavour has butter, apricot, boozy tones and some peaches. Also some pineapple juice. Sweet and fruity. Very unusual and rather pale for a doppelbock. Lovely

Draught @ Neckarsulmer Brauhaus, Felix-Wankel-Strasse 9, Neckarsulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany 74172.Hazy - murky matt medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, butter, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, banana. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet yeast, butter, banana, fruity, yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20121002]

Draught @ Neckarsulmer Brauhaus, Felix-Wankel-Strasse 9, Neckarsulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany 74172.Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity, sour, light to moderate hoppy, grass - slilage, citrus, soap. IMO. a bit unfinish alike ! Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity. citrus fruity, grass, malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121002]
