Barwa niemal czarna, nieprzejrzyste, piana dość obfita, choć bez lacingu. W aromacie dużo i intensywnie - mleczna czekolada, kawa, paloność, praliny. W smaku słodkie, dużo mlecznej czekolady, kawy z mlekiem, paloność, nieco pralin, marcepanu. Goryczka średnia, palona, alkohol świetnie ukryty, dużo ciała, jest gęste, oleiste, pełne, konkretne, wysycenie bardzo niskie, dobrze się pije, jest zbalansowane, długi czekoladowo-mleczny posmak. Świetny i konkretny RIS, dużo dobrego się dzieje. Gratulacje dla piwowara.
