On tap in Wielochmiel. Pale colour, minimal head. Too high carbonation, makes it hard to feel the aroma of the beer. Quince is not very intensive. Heavy sour. Not very drinkable.

Barwa niemal idealnie czarna, piana dość znikoma, nie trzyma się długo. W aromacie drewno, deska, utlenienie, ciemne owoce, w tym owoce leśne, wanilia, zdecydowanie nuty typowe dla niektórych barrel aged. W smaku stosunkowo słodkie, wyraźna wanilia z leżakowania, czekolada, nieco paloności, nieco nut kwaśno-winnych, ciemne owoce, szlachetny alkohol na niskim poziomie. Wysycenie niskie, piwo jest gładkie, pełne, długi posmak pozostawia, goryczka średnia. Świetny porter, leżakowanie bardzo dobrą robotę zrobiło.

Bottle shared with Erwin Van Moll and Sander Kobes @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy unclear dark orange to reddish color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is sourish, red fruit and cherry. Flavor is red fruit, lightly wood, cherry, tart. Nice round smooth texture, suitable body and moderate carbonation. Nice one, I really like it!

W smaku podbudowa słodowa, lekko karmelowa, sporo owoców tropikalnych, lasu, igieł, cytrusów. Goryczka do średniej, przyjemna, wysycenie i ciało w normie. Poprawne, acz bez szału, niczym specjalnym się nie wyróżnia.

330ml, thanks Jashiu! Pours pitch black with a small head. Aroma of earthy notes, roastiness and licorice. Taste is smooth, earthy and roasty with some licorice and syrup. Finish is earthy and roasty with some licorice and syrup. Decent.
