Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit aroma. Malt and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Dark malt and grapefruit linger with light pine.

The nose shows moderately intense notes of pineapple and cannabis.

The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Dry pineapple with a light cannabis bitterness.

Monday 25th September 2023, Shrewsbury Gathering in Chez Sophie, 5 blokes and loads of beer. 16oz can (canned 25th April 2023) brought back from California by me. Slight haze to the light golden body, white topping. Citrus leanings, expected more oomph to be honest.

16oz can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 23. Thanks Jeremy for this. Pours golden yellow with a fine mist, white head. Grassy citrus aroma. Flavour profile conjures up grassy lemon zest with dank echoes. Ok, but a bit underwhelming.

Bottle, shared with Bergstaden, at home. Cloudy yellow/ Golden with white head. Fruity, Wild yeast, funky, Sweetness, sour.

Tap at Knotty Brewing. Pours dark amber with a white head. Aroma of yeast and malt. Medium body. Flavor is amber malt with yeast and a very light banana note. Not dry but not sweet. Lightly bitter.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours slightly translucent gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of light malt with possible note of Noble hop. Not sure. Med body or so. Flavor is bready/malty in a sort of Tmavy way. It's moderately bitter. Kind of a fruity hop. Making me think of lemon zest. Earthy/mineral note. Certainly stands out from the crowd.
