Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours gold with a huge creamy/foamy white head. Aroma of mixed hops with pale malt. Kind of fruity. Med body. Flavor is towards dry and moderately bitter. There's dank notes, melon, citrus, even a zest bit, maybe lychee, and more. Quite pleasant flavor - surprising given the complexity. Finishes on a mixed lychee/earth base. Very difficult to parse.

Society x Moonlight Black IPA Collab 6.8% 46 IBU Inky black with thick rocky beige foam that is long lasting. Nice green piney hop bouquet with roasted dark malt notes. Medium bodied and smooth with a prickly carbonic bite. This feels like a textbook black ipa, it hits all the right notes and I could see it as a BJCP example.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours gold with a huge foamy white head. Aroma is mixed fruits with some tropicals. Med body. It's somewhat juicy, but well towards dry. Flavor is melon, earth, citrus. Nicely bitter. A bit prickly/spicy. Passionfruit perhaps. Not pineapple. Good brew.
