355ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Initially grainy, slightly strawy, pale malty aroma, hints of corn, minimally grassy, barely fruity, hoppy overtones; after a while weak citrusy fruity hoppy flavours emerge and disguise the strawy and grainy touch in parts. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale malty and minimally fruity hoppy, slightly diluted hints of melon, lychee, a touch of lemon.
Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, dense, foamy, prickly carbonation.
Clean, light, refreshing, highly drinkable - pretty nice.

22/10/2022. Can from Norfolk Island Liquor Bond Store, Burnt Pine, Norfolk Island. Drank from the can after a walk to the summit of Mt Pitt. Aroma of citrus, grain, malt, flowers, slight tropical notes. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with a slight metallic edge. Moderate body, light creamy mouthfeel, foamy carbonation. Not bad.

Notes from last year. Clear bottle, 4.2% Says it's 'Born in Byron' But for bottling this beer is brewed outside of Byron! Pale amber beer with a foamy white head. High fine carbonation. Aromas of sewer and doughnut. Light body. Light taste but the finish is tin, vinegar, icing sugar, and boiled cabbage. Yum!
