Mamma mia Gunnar what have you sent me. Hazy deep nytty brown colour with no head. Sweet fruity, caramel malty and a bit vinous aroma. Medium body and definately on the sweet side of life. Do not remind me much of beer. Oily texture and very low carbonation. Sweet plum fruity and very similar taste to the caramel pudding I was eating.

It?s not really a Christmas Tasting in Odense. Golden with a small white head. Strong diacetyl smell with very little malt. Taste is cloying diacetyl with faint grain and cardboard - score 1.4. Straight from the tank at the Monastery: Malty aroma with straw and herbal hops. Sweetish malty flavour with a nice hoppy finish

Bottle @ End of the year, Odense Tasting 2012. Pours unclear golden with a small white head. Disgusting nose and flavor. Maaad butter. Extreme and quite impressive.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, quickly vanishing head, hidden hops in the grainy-fruity nose, already sourish traces of infection detectable; bitter-sourish flavour, quite light bodied; sourish-bitter finish. Unfotrunately infected, but this happens quite often with the Želiv stuff.....
