Growler fetched by me@PBF X. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is cardboard, some bananas, mild wood and earth with some tartness. Flavour is citrus, bananas, tart and some mild herbal tones. A shame, and this is only 3-4 weeks from visiting the brewery and I had electric cooling bags with me (and actually fridges at the few hotels on my trip). A shame.

Bottled@PBF X. Deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sour wood, mild fruits, ashes and some herbal notes. Flavour is mainly just infected and sour.

Draught@Schmelzer Brauhaus. Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is bready, earthy and some slight herbal notes. Flavour is bready, yeasty, herbal and some mild wooden and grassy ntoes to it.
