A very firm brew. Highly reminiscent of peach schnapps, with some soft malt flavours and a light pepperiness in the finish.

I had this made with Amarillo hops, one of the young Turk varieties of the hop world. Robust bitterness, cedary, lightly citric flavours; very refreshing.

Cloudy light amber. Woody- slightly citric cascadey nose. Light pale malts and refreshing woody bitterness. Actually fairly light, and not as bright as the best examples. Quite competent, but lacks the wow factor that todayβs PNW IPAs have.

Tastes and smells like a clovey apple pie. Man, it's been a while since I had a really good apple pie. Hey mom, if you see this can you pop a pie in the mail for me?

Vibrant ruddy brown colour. Hazy. No head. Soft and sweet body, with back notes of toffee and top notes of cherries. Light leafy hops and gorgeous malts...very simple but very effective. Gets rich late. A quiet barley wine.

Complex and slightly whiskeyish. Another great beer from one of the USA's best breweries.

Hazy, slightly darker amber than the Scarlett Fire. Aroma is mainly woody but also a bit orangey. Fairly mild bitterness for style. Hints of forest and caramel. The finish is mild, maybe a bit woody.
