On nitro tap at (512), pours a deep dark brown / black with a large tan head. Aroma brings out rich bourbon barrels, toasted pecans and a touch of caramelized brown sugar. Flavour is complex, with a wonderful bourbon character, toasted pecans and dry caramelized sugar. Toasted pecans and burnt sugar on the finish. Wonderful.

On tap at (512), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with fresh pumpkins, toasted nuts and toasted malt. Flavour brings out fresh pumpkin, light spiciness, and wood. Wonderful fresh pumpkin beer, unlike any I've had. Wonderful.

On nitro tap at (512), pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma is fairly boozy, with cocoa, kahlua and light spiciness. Flavour is similar, with spiciness, booze and cocoa. Creamy palate, with a spicy, boozy finish. Okay.

On tap at (512), pours a cloudy opaque orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out candied sugar, bubblegum, and esters. Flavour is very estery and sweet, with bubblegum, estery sweetness and light barrel. Messy, boozy and just unpleasant. No good.

On tap at (512), pours a cloudy dark amber caramel colour with a small beige head. Aroma brings out woody notes, some light caramel and bready malt. Flavour is lightly tart, with plenty of wood, vinous notes, light tannins and bready malt. A little tart and somewhat tannic. Solid but not overly my thing.

On tap at (512), pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite rustic, with farmhouse yeast and dried biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly dry, with rustic farmhouse yeast, biscuity malt, and light esters. Fairly dry and nicely constructed. Solid.

On tap at (512), pours a murky dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of funky critters, wood, some tannins and tart red fruits. Flavour is very woody and tannic, with loads of wood, tannins, tart dark fruits and balsamic notes. Tannic and vinous finish. Very good.
