Many thanks to CH-303 for this bottle! The beer starts malty, sweetish. I think this is an Amber Ale and not an Altbier - way too sweetish, smooth. A bit of grain in the mainpart, bready body, sweetish background. The aftertaste is sweetish-grainy, a bit smooth due to the yeast, sweetish-sticky. 7/10/6/7

Cloudy blond color with small creamy head. Delicate, pleasant elderflower aroma. Dry mouthfeel with some bread flavor, ordinary bitterness, light elderflower flavor.
Simple but refreshing.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, light toasted, light tobacco - wood. Flavour is moderate sweet and ligh to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, earthy, potato peel - skin !
