Cask (backlog). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, wood, mild white wine dry notes as well as some earthy notes. Flavour is apples, yeast, some vinegar, mild winelike dry notes.

Polycask @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy - virtually none, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, dry apples, apple peel - skin, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dry dry, light tart apples. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110805]
