(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 14 Sep 2016) Hazy bronze colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with flowers, herbs, mint and grapefruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, caramel and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. A bit herbal and sweet, but and interesting and tasty IPA. Nice one.

[9/21/16] Draught at Beer Temple in Amsterdam. Cloudy golden. Aroma of stale hops and oxidation (chocolate, cardboard). Flavor has sweetish malt, oxidation, and bitter stale hops. Medium-bodied. This beer have probably seen better days, seems old.

Keg at BD Soho, 30/09/16. Orange to gold with a well appointed off White head. Nose is orange pith, pine resin, toasted malts, straw, grapefruit. Taste comprises bitter orange, light herbal strains, toasted grains, citric tinged straw, faint caramel, red grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in a drying close. Decent well rounded IPA.

Black with a brown head - Malt aroma with some fruity tones and peppers - Dark malt body with some fruity tones and hot peppers comes after a littel while - The hot peppers goes into the finish - This was ok, but a little bit to hot on the peppers.

Tap. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Very hazy, pale gold. Film of dense, lasting, white head. Nose comes across more ripe orange than grapefruit, with a juicy, and zesty twang. Some candied peel. Clean, dry malts. Taste is crisp, zesty bitter. Some citrus sweetness. Bright, sharp mouthfeel. Fine carbonation. Tangy, crisp bitter finish. Very nice.

Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a hazy medium amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is big ovaltine malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a mineral, earthy malt, light liqourice hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tao at Harry’s Hofbrau in San Jose. The grapefruit is restrained here, which i think is a benefit for this style. Slightly hazy gold with white head.
