Bottle, 0.375l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma is funky vinous and grainy with notes of barnyard, apple and honey. Pours cloudy golden color with just a trace of frogspawn instead of fluffy head and flat visible carbonation. Taste starts tart vinous with tannins’ note, following is ripe fruity and grainy with smooth and mild spicy mouthfeel. Light to medium body, slick texture and flat carbonation in palate. Demon juice…

Bottled 500ml. -from Goblet Zagreb, shared with Marko & hrabren. Brownish coloured, minimal off-white head, intense peat nose with whiff of peanuts. Sweet malty, heavy peat, some caramel and alcohol with light spicy finish. Balanced peat and alcohol. Expensive (25€) but worth of money.

Tap, Lajbah. Medium hazy orange, thinner white head, ok lasting. Milder vinouse nose, slight fruit and some grape. Solid vinous start, pretty soury with some sweetness to it. Tart finish. A bit herbal. Lasting aftertaste. Light and fresh. Nice, though a bit sharp with herbs in the finish.

Tap, Lajbah. Almost clear orange golden, tiny white head, nonlasting. Solid vinous nose, gently sour with some wine and fruity notes later on. Pretty soury, a bit burning with balsamic feeling. Tart finish, gentle. Light, fresh and nicely drinkable. Lovely.

Bottle shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Brownish body, hazy, pretty much no head. Huge aroma, enormous peat, minerally, meaty, bacon. Initially not too appealing on me, but made more and more sense as it warmed. Still not my favorite profile, but I respect it a fair bit. Sweetish lean taste, peat, earthy, carroty, smokey, hiding the 18% alcohol. Enormous and definitely a grower. Respect for that!

0.5 l bottle thanks to Ogi who shared it with Marko and myself. Hazy amber, oily, minimal head. Intense peat smoke at first giving away to nice dried fruit and red fruit. Good balance, some caramel, some toast, some oak. Some spice, some alcohol. Oily, heavy, oak and peat smoke dominating the palate. Seriously strong, a sipper, warming. Medium body. Oily texture. Lasting smokey finish.
