Description
Launched in 2012 by by Thomas Vogel, Dave Mobley, and brewmaster Troy Smith, Belching Beaver Brewery evolved from a desire to make great beer and have a ‘Dam Good Time’ doing it. The award-winning craft beer company is focused on two things: First, have a brand that offers quality craft beer, while also being whimsical and fun to inspire good times. Each Belching Beaver beer release carries its own individual style and personality. Second, make beer for everyone and all palates. Our San Diego Brewery hosts 5 different locations serving craft beer you're going to love, of which the Oceanside Brewhouse is the production brewery.

65 cl bottle @ wPBF Ⅲ
Aroma is somewhat mellow with licorice, roasted malt and coffee. Also sourish milky tones. Flavour has slightly tart milky tones, milk chocolate, some licorice root and hints of ash. Somewhat pleasant, the milky notes disturb a bit.

22oz bomber pours with a hop hazed deep gold body that supports an off white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up mango, smooth malt sweetened tangelo and clementine. The taste starts with soft malt sweetened mango and clementine and a bit of tangerine. It rolls slowly into more and more citrus hop bitterness that reaches only a modest level. Pretty nice but this bottle might be a bit on the old side.
