Outstanding. Rich berry character, leather, wood, earth, balanced acidity, herbal accents. Subtly jammy. No off notes. Fairly clean to finish, not overly acidic, complex, balanced. Masterclass kind of gear.

Deutlich saurer Beginn. Spritzig, angenehm nach Quitte, die Säure bleibt konstant. Würzig, milde Bitterkeit, hell holzig, weich. Spritzig, angenehm fruchtig bleibend, langer Nachhall. Gut! 10/11/12/12/11/12

Draft pour at Zwanze Day 2026, at The Sovereign in Washington DC. Poured a clear orange color with a medium sized fizzy white head. Plenty of vinous grapes. Tart, but not overly sour. I suppose not overly sour compared to other 3F beers. Not boozy at all, perhaps not delicate, but I didn't realize what the alcohol content was in this thing until after I had already finished it.
