On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear deep gold with thin white head. The aroma is full with grapefruit, tangelo, orange peel and spicy hops. The taste doesn’t disappoint with plenty of tasty bold hops up front like citrus grapefruit mixing with some spiciness and also some pine hoppy goodness. A subtle yet supportive layer of malts is well underneath the hoppiness.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours deep clear copper to amber in color with off white head. The aroma is full and seems roasty, burnt, nutty and mildly like caramel malts. The taste starts sweet with caramel malts and then a sharp jab of burnt malts works its way quickly through. Once the black patent like burnt malts recede some mild roasty – malty – malts sweetness is noticed again. Very burnt and very roasty for an amber.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours pure gold with bright white head. The modest aroma is mostly citrus grapefruit tart hoppiness with malts at the end of the draw. The taste has an assertive level of spicy to citrus hops to faintly earthy hops and then growing into a modest level of resiny hoppiness. The hops are balanced nicely by a firm yet sweet body of malts. It leaves a pleasing citrus to spicy hoppiness behind well into the after taste. A solid Pale Ale.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours deep gold with copper core and thin white head. The aroma has noble hoppiness and grassiness with mild malts and grains off in the background. The taste begins with a quick pulse of sweet malts that are soon vanquished by a hoppy assault of spicy hops, some graininess and a modest level of earthy hops. The hops get pretty tart with bitterness by midway and into the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours up deep gold with thin white head. The mild aroma has vague notes of sugary malts, some graininess and a hint of noble hops. The taste begins neutral and a tad watery before rolling into firm notes of earthy and spicy hop flavor and then slowly folding into hop bitterness. In the background is a thin layer of malt graininess. The hop spiciness also has an odd herbally grassiness to it from time to time.
