75 cl bottle, sampled on Feb 14, 2014.Clear golden color, no head, no legs. Sweet, floral, some alcohol scent. Sweet, honey, sugary, some soap taste. Rose petal aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, sweet finish with some alcohol.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of Fonefan. Pours cloudy brown. Aroma of honey, sugar, flowers. Flavor is sweet, honey, flowers. Full, oily and sticky body, warming alcohol in finish. 301112

Bottle 750ml @ fonefan
Pours cloudy brown. Aroma has notes of alcohol, nuts and honey. Taste is heavy sweet with a long floral, nutty finish. Body is full, texture is sticky.

Bottle 750ml.[ Thx to fiulijn & The Cph Crew ]. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, beeswax, apple notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, beeswax, honey, fruity. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20111030]

Bottle, 75cl. Looking rather ugly this one, with a muddy, brown body. Lots of honey on the nose, some flowers and alcohol. Some sugary sweetness too. The flavor is quite alcoholic, with lots of honey and a dash of flowers. Rather sweetish. Full-bodied and warming. Long finish with honey and warmth. A mead that certainly proves looks isn’t all. A bit sweet I think. 111105

Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours muddy brown with no head. Sweet honey and nuts. Slight acetone. Looks horrible but tastes ok.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Hazy dark yellow with no head. Aroma is honey and a little perfume. Flavour is honey, sweet, little perfume, fruit, spices and notes of alcohol.
