Aroma is moderate to light heavy ginger, pine needles, dusty ginger - peppery. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, ginger, dusty pine needles, peppery - ginger burn finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111220]

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a cloudy greenish with only the tiniest white head - mostly looks like a lemon tonic pop. Sweet aroma of lemon and ginger. Light in body, very sweet and sugary with delicious ginger notes that leaves a discreet hot bite. No bitterness. Scaringly the alcohol is not felt at all, this really appears like a normal non-alcoholic Ginger Beer. 130208

Bottle. Cloudy white yellow with no head. Initially a reasonable ginger aroma. Lively carbonation and medium body. The flavour has some nice ginger bite but is very sweet. It’s initially refreshing, but way too sweet and this builds up to make it quite disappointing.
