Flaska från SB. Gyllenfärgad, mycket disig med högt vitt skum. En torr modern saison möter klassisk vieille saison med stallkaraktär. Vetesyrlig, hö, citroner och lime med en del skalbeska. Inte så fruktig som många moderna välhumlade saisoner. Rikigt trevlig och riktigt god.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, rich firm head. Marzipan, minerals and grass up front. Mid dry with light-medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Minerals and marzipan dominate, some citrus and hay lead to a distinct bitter finish.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours very hazy pale goldenish yellow with a frothy and bubbly white head that leaves lots of thick trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit, passion fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon balm, chives, minerals and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, slightly astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit, passion fruit, grass, pine, chives, minerals and lemon zest. Bit too heavy on the evergreen which is probably due to freshness. Very tasty and the nose is really good!

330ml Bottle - Black with a tan head. Coffee, marzipan and some smoked notes in the aroma. Plain chocolate, coffee, roasted and smoked malt can be detected in the smooth taste.

Bottle @Nöjesguidens Ölmässa, Stockholm. (backlog). 7,5% ( Ed 02). Stigbergets monter if I remember correctly. Poured near black in color with a thick espresso head. Licorice dominates aroma, some medicine, herbal notes. Flavor has roasted malt, licorice and chocolate. Nice dry, bitter finish. Really tasty.

Keg at Nöjesguidens Ölmässa. Cloudy pale amber, small head. Minty tangerine aroma. Dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Dusty tangerine and white pepper. Balanced bitter finish.

Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours very hazy, almost milky, orangish yellow with a big frothy and creamy goldenish White head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and slightly grassy with crackers, dusty oats, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, freshly cut grass, pine needles, dry soil, lime zest and lemon zest. Taste is slightly bitter and fruity with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, passion fruit, raspberries, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, minerals, lime zest and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, passion fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, minerals, grapefruit pith, lime zest and lemon zest. Solid bitter APA! Surprising raspberry influence. Some kind of oxidation perhaps? (This is either crazy fresh or about 3 months old. Bar had just received it is all I know). Yum nonetheless. Well made!

Pours black with a brown head. Smells roasted candy malt, bread malt and syrup. Tastes roasted caramel malt, dark chocolate with a mild bitter chocolate finish.
