On tap at Devil's Den, pours a hazy dark copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out rich resinous hops upfront, with candied sugar and sweet caramel malt. Flavour is more like a hoppy barley wine, with rich resinous hops, sweet caramel malt and treacle toffee. Much sweeter than I'd want a IIPA, but if I think of this as a hoppy barley wine, this is really nice. I dig it.

Draft at Max's. Darker golden. Basically it's nothing like a traditional geuze but just a sweet lambic like beer. Often the problem with modern attempts. Just a sweet sour beer that covers up enough of the acetic sourness. Simple. Glad I didn't splurge for the $20+ bottle.

From a 12 oz. bottle. Pour a hazy copper with an off white head. Aroma of dank alfalfa with some citrus. Flavor is bitter citrus zest and sweet malt. A bitter booze bomb.

Bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice sweet roast malts some coffee chocolate and molasses. Tatse is more of the nice sweet malts coffee some brown sugar.
