On tap at the brewpub. Hazy, yellow beer, well carbonated and with a large, but diminishing white head. Leaves nice lacings. Banana-esters, wheat, spices, citrus and coriander in the aroma. Quite fruity flavor with banana, spices and citrus. Medium body and a long spiced and hopped finish. It’s maybe a bit too hopped, but it sure is refreshing. (060708)

Draught. Slightly cloudy copper colour. Very small head. Peppery, malty flavour. OK mouthfeel. It has a good fruitiness and sweetness to balance the alcohol, even though they are very subtle. Not too exciting, but goes down well.

(Growler 200 cl - courtesy of mip) Slightly hazy amber golden with a small, white head. Vaguely roasted malty aroma. Somewhat rustic, malty flavour but actually has a quite good balance between hops and the sweetness of the malts. Typical brewpub character. 031205

A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and malt, while the flavor is sweet with notes of straw and caramel, and a dry straw end.

Draught. Cloudy chestnut colour, small head. Aroma is malty, reminding me slightly of diacetyl. Flavour is also malty, as is the aftertaste. Bitterness is OK, but close to tannins. IMHO a bit more alcohol and less carbonation would have suited this beer.
