Bottle. A clear, golden mead, oily in the glass. Honey dominated aroma with a flowery touch. Some alcohol. The flavor has a little touch of acidity, along with lots of honey and some flowers. Oily and full-bodied, quite warming, and with a lasting, warming finish. A pleasant one, well suited for the occasional glass of mead. 120623

Bottle. A clear, oily, dark golden mead. Quite intensely honeyish aroma with a flowery touch. A bit one dimensional maybe, but quite pleasant. The flavor is pretty much the same, honey dominating, leaving little room for other things. Some flowers. Lasting finish with honey and a little bit of heather.
