0,75l bottle at home courtesy of Pauli, big thanks. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells passion fruit, citric, yuzu, lime, earthy, grassy. very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes citric, yuzu, grassy, salty, lime. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of yuzu, salty and lime. very nice one.

Can sample at a Yana's tasting at Dima's place. Funk, manure, a bit of urinal, a bit of vinegar, lacto, sour, juicy, fruitiness. Very good and refreshing.

Tap at Afterthought. Rather awesome sourish mixed culture Saison. Almost a sour IPA tone with the hops. Pretty tasty stuff.

Bottle shared by Steasy, thanks! Pours a hazy slightly deep red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour and tart raspberry with a bit of funky yogurt and light grains underlying. Flavor has slightly tart raspberry and a good amount of funk with a bit of grain backing.
