clear yellow smooth white head. dusty and flowery aroma. flavor is sweet , flowery, dry, almost honey. herbs well used. (although i’d be surprised to see herbs in a kristallweizen). Anyway it tasted good.

75 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry phenolic, slight sharp to the nose. Sweet malty, mild citrusy and mellow yeasty. Ends medium dry and slight citrusy.

Bottled. A golden beer with a very huge white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and a bit of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and a bit of flowers, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a dense and lacing white head. The nose has a little yeast and fruit. Medium body, heavy carbonation, fruit, sulphur and yeast with a dry finish. 110910

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a deep golden orange glare. Fizzy off-white head. Aroma is roasted malty, overripe fruity and slight spiced. Sweet caramelish flavoured, mild dryness from the spices. Somewhat honey herbal. Nutty. Lingering fruity, spiced and caramelish to breadish into a smooth finish.
