Bottle from Tavour. Pours darkly ruddy with a beige head. Aroma of mildly sour cherry. Med body. Flavor is woody grape/cherry, and it’s very mildly lactic. It’s more red wine wood than Brett. Not even sure I can parse the Brett. Decent drink, but not exciting.

Aromas are fresh hops with a nice balance between resin and citrus wet grain and pale malt. Flavors are similar to nose and Bittersweet with the sweet being a little more dominant very good carbonation and excellent body likewise with the Finish. Great drinking beer. I could drink more of this stuff no problem.

On tap at Melvin Bellingham, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, with hibiscus and light spiciness. Flavour is loaded with hibiscus upfront, followed by intensely tart citrus and grapefruit. Not cohesive and quite harsh. Still, pleasant.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals light piney hops and soft biscuity malt on the underside. Flavour is similar, with piney, citrus hops and crisp biscuity malt to back. Nicely balanced, with high drinkability. Good IPA.

On tap at the brewery pours out a brown amber topped with a fizzy tan head. Nose is sweet belg candy sugar spice and some pit fruit. Taste is as the nose with lots of sweet belg candy and spice. Just so so. But I love the name.
