Draft pour pint at Flatstick Pub, Kirkland. Pours a dense golden orange with a rocky foam head. I love three headed collaborations. A solid three breweries in this case. Hop forward aroma, leaning towards the piney side. Little wheat impression in the aroma, but flavor it’s up front. Some sweet malt and wheat that buries a soft orange fruit and modest hop bitterness. Huge bready malt linger. Unique IPA for sure. One of the more different ones in recent memory. Very flavorful. Interesting beer here.

Draft at Brother Jon’s. Hazy golden with small creamy head, nice lacing. Aroma is lighter on the hops, some citrus, seems juicy. Taste supports with more of the juiciness, leaning into NE IPA territory without the tropical notes. Lots of body, but mellow on the flavor.

Balanced, vibrant, fruity. Excellent.

Dark brown. Thin head is more of a medium brown. The bourbon comes through a bit on the nose, as does a little bit of wood. The malts are dark, maybe a bit of milk chocolate to them, but also indistinct dark fruits are coming across on the aroma as well. There’s a fair bit of sugar on the palate, though. It’s kind of mapley - ok that’s likely more bourbony vanillins - and that pulls a light roast across the palate.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out bourbon barrels, followed by dark fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of bourbon barrels upfront that dominate; secondary notes of toasted caramel and a touch of roast. Very nice bourbon barrel character to it. Not the most complex or refined BA impie, but this is very nice.

Deep brown with a firm tan head. Full bodied coffee aroma with some chocolate and earth tones. light vanilla and lactose, too. Medium bodied. Flavor is roasted malts, sweet lactose, light vanilla, milk chocolate, and a trailing earth note. Finish is lingering dry roasted malt. Not a superstar but very solid.

Hazy golden color, small head. Nice aroma of hops, dank upfront, then citrus peel. The mouthfeel is off-dry and the body lean, combined with crackery malts and just a touch of toffee all together is very drinkable; the hops are powerful, a lot of quality, piney resins, orange peel and a dank touch.
Excellent.
